Panda Combo Project awarded Achievement of Excellence

Mr Paulo Oliveria, chief engineer at Fischer Panda Generators Inc in the United States, has been awarded the Achievement of Excellence in recognition for his critical support, practical recommendations and active assistance on the PQAS Program.




The award was given to the Panda Combo Project, on September 22nd, 2005 and presented by Lieutenant Colonel Espaillat in recognition of Fischer Pandas support to the"PQAS“ Program (Petroleum & Water Quality Analyze System) at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Aberdeen. Fischer Panda developed the Combo and provided support throughout the testing period at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland ensuring that it met all the stated requirements. The Panda Combo generator provides power and air conditioning to a shelter laboratory.
